The space
The villa is set over 3 floors with an expansive roof terrace and outside space balconies.
On the ground floor there is a modern cinema room with this own bar and pool table where you can sit and enjoy a film at the end of a day on the golf course or exploring. There is plenty of space to relax at the bar overlooking the infinity pool and the sublime view of the mountains.
You will also find on the ground floor, shower room with w.c., twin bedroom and laundry room.
On the 1st floor there is an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, w.c. and a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes with its own en-suite shower room. When entering the kitchen in the morning you are welcomed with panoramic west-facing views perfect to catch the sun rise. Using the large sliding door to the end of the kitchen you can take advantage of a terrace with sofa, dining table and coffee area, to eat play or relax with a book and unwind soaking in the scenery.
Take the stairs to the 2nd floor via the stairs – the main bedroom is located straight in front of you. With many wardrobes and plenty of shelving and hanging space for all your clothes and belongings. There is a Queen-sized bed with a view over the mountains.
If that was not all you can further joy the view via your own private balconey with seating for two, just sit there and unwind… letting the stress fall away.
This suite is the space that just keeps giving, the ensuite bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower and bath where you can lay and enjoy the view via the expansive glass windows.
Also on this floor is the second twin room, with its own built in cupboards and en-suite, an ideal private space.
To access the roof terrace there is a door which takes you out to the front (East- facing) balcony with outside stairs leading to the top.
At the top the roof terrace offers totally stunning 360 degree views of the valley, mountains, golf course and even the sea.
There is a lovely sitting area and table to enjoy your morning coffee or to catch the breathtaking sunset. There are not words to fully describe the beauty and feeling you get from sitting and taking in this view.
Guest access
Once you have booked, you will meet one of the representatives from Holidays2Rent who will check you into the property, give you the keys and talk you through all of the elements of the house. They will also be your point of contact throughout your stay.

The Villa benefits from Air Conditioning throughout and also if you are renting in the cooler season underfloor heating.

The Villa has fast Wifi and you will be given access for no additional cost upon arrival.

There are two parking spaces connected to the villa for you to utilise and in addition to these there are 8 more a few steps away on the road that are free to use

Car Rental
The Villa can come with the benefit of a Jeep to use during your stay, this however is an additional cost and subject to availability and terms and conditions. Please request further information in you are interested.

TV
TV- The Villa has the benefit of a large TV in the lounge area and a Cinema Screen on the ground floor. Both have access to multiple channels and movies for you to enjoy during your stay. You will be given instructions on how to use both at check-in.
